Customers have said that there are features of the Shark Navigator Upright Bagless NV22L (which they love) are its easy assembly and the pet hair attachment. There are no belts to replace, and its weight of 18 pounds is less than many other vacuums. The base is compact, making storage easier, and disposal of the matter in the dust bin was a simpler operation than with many other vacuums. Most felt that the suction was good, and some were amazed at the amount picked up after going over the area with another vacuum. There is a dust brush attachment has shorter hair. Shark Navigator Upright Bagless Review

If the Shark Upright Bagless Vacuum may have to be repaired, there may be a problem. One customer noted that the wheels got dirty after much use, and when inspecting them (which were made of plastic) the wheels were almost broken in two. They wished to replace them, but found they would have to replace the whole power head. They discovered the parts under warranty did not include the power head, and it would cost them $99 to replace it. Upon reasearch on the internet we only found one complaint, that the vacuum does not do too well on frieze carpet. Although on the internet our research noted that customers have a lot of good comments about this vacuum, there are a number of things you need to know. Some people have complained that it is inefficient in vacuuming high pile, shag, or Berber carpet, and that the tools, which only come with the canister, keep falling off. Out of 2007 reviews, which is an extremely large number of reviews for an Amazon product, the majority were positive, with 1078 giving it five stars, and 619 giving it four stars. A few customers concluded  it is revised model, and preferred the older model,  and one customer complained that it is made of cheaper plastic than the original. One said you have no problem with the belt breaking if you are careful about not getting material such as drapes, etc. sucked into the unit. Another customer stated belt breaking is not an issue if you adjust the height high to low according to the surface you are vacuuming.
